Par contre, les principales cultures sont vuln\u00e9rables aux vagues de chaleur, particuli\u00e8rement pendant la floraison. Utilisant un nouveau mod\u00e8le informatique tenant compte de tous ses facteurs, les auteurs de cet \u00e9tude concluent que la production de ma\u00efs diminuera de 13% d\u2019ici 2080-2090.
