Toutefois,\u00a0une langue peut changer de mani\u00e8re spontan\u00e9e dans des populations isol\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Comme\u00a0les g\u00e8nes qui changent au cours du temps par le processus des mutations, les phon\u00e8mes qui composent une langue, comme le son \/k\/ dans &#8220;cou&#8221; et &#8220;kiwi&#8221;, peuvent aussi \u00e9volu\u00e9es dans le temps.
