Des chercheurs ont demand\u00e9 \u00e0 254 participants en sant\u00e9 de la r\u00e9gion de Qu\u00e9bec de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 un questionnaire sur les habitudes alimentaires suivi d\u2019une prise de sang.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">L\u2019\u00e9tude r\u00e9v\u00e8le que pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 (45%) des participants ne respectent pas la recommandation du guide alimentaire canadien d\u2019au moins 2 portions de produits laitiers par jour.
