Ces saumons transg\u00e9niques contiennent un g\u00e8ne d\u2019hormone de croissance de saumon quinnat associ\u00e9 \u00e0 un g\u00e8ne antigel de loquette ce qui acc\u00e9l\u00e8re leur croissance. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Des chercheurs ont \u00e9lev\u00e9 des saumons dans de grands bassins (350 000 litres d\u2019eau de mer) dans un contexte semi-naturel con\u00e7u afin de minimiser les conditions standard de laboratoire.
