Cette petite prot\u00e9ine est appel\u00e9e \u00ab 1018 \u00bb et ressemble \u00e0 des prot\u00e9ines produites par notre syst\u00e8me immunitaire. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Une nouvelle \u00e9tude montre que cette mol\u00e9cule pr\u00e9vient la s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion de biofilm chez des bact\u00e9ries dangereuses tels l\u2019E. Coli, la salmonelle et le staphylocoque dor\u00e9.
