Pr\u00e9sentement, plusieurs femmes sont admises \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4pital avec des contractions pr\u00e9matur\u00e9es, mais n\u2019accouchent pas dans les 10 jours suivants. Ce nouveau test analyse dans le sang l\u2019expression de certains g\u00e8nes et est capable de pr\u00e9dire avec 70% de pr\u00e9cision si un accouchement pr\u00e9matur\u00e9 aura lieu dans les 48 prochaines heures.
